Add a DreamWidget to Adobe Portfolio
Where it goesEmbed (iframe)
What you needAdobe Portfolio accepts an iframe only, so floating widgets cannot reach the page.
First, copy your code. In the DreamWidget editor, open Settings and press Copy embed code. It is one iframe and a short script; paste both. On Adobe Portfolio you use only the widget's link, which is the address inside src="…" in that code.
Add a widget to a page
- Copy the widget linkIn the DreamWidget editor open Settings, Embed code, and copy the address inside src="…".
- Add an EmbedIn the page editor add Embed.
- Paste an iframePaste <iframe src="YOUR LINK" style="width:100%;height:500px;border:0"></iframe>, replacing YOUR LINK and the height, and save.
Floating widgets: Adobe Portfolio does not let a script reach the page, so a popup, announcement bar or chat buttons cannot float over it. Every inline widget works.
Worth knowing: Set the iframe height to the widget's height; Portfolio will not grow it.
Check it worked
Open the published page in a private window. The widget draws within a second; if the box is empty, see Checking it worked. Changes you publish in the editor appear on Adobe Portfolio by themselves; you never paste the code again.
