About the showreel widget
How do I add a showreel to my website?
Pick a template, add your photos and videos, then press Publish changes and copy the embed code onto your page. Edits you publish later reach every page it is on, with nothing to paste again.
How many photos and videos can it hold?
Up to 30. Each card is a photo, or a video (MP4 or WebM, up to 30 MB) with a still that shows before it plays. Videos play muted on the card and with sound when a visitor opens them large.
What happens when a visitor clicks a card?
It opens large over your page with its name and the line under it, and a video plays with sound. You can set any card to follow its link instead, or give each card a button of its own.
Will it slow my site down?
It loads after your page in its own frame, from a CDN, and downloads only the parts the template you chose needs. The glass edge asks the most of a visitor's computer: Ribbon lens starts with it on, and you can make it flat or turn it off.
Does it work on WordPress?
Yes. Paste the embed code into a Custom HTML block, or install the DreamWidget plugin from the WordPress plugin directory, whose block offers the Showreel. WordPress steps.
