Wix
Wix will take an Embed HTML element on any page, which is all this needs. Build the slider here, paste one tag, drag it to size. Your client logos end up looking like a set rather than a folder of files someone uploaded.
The logos in these examples are well known marks shown as samples, so the widget is demonstrated at a realistic size. They are not customers of DreamWidget and imply no endorsement.
Four steps
Upload your logos, pick a layout, set colours and spacing. Phones get their own values, set while previewing at that width.
In the Wix editor: Add, then Embed Code, then Embed HTML. In Wix Studio it is the Embed element in the same menu.
Choose the Code option rather than Website address, paste the iframe tag, then drag the element to the width and height you want it to occupy.
Wix shows a grey placeholder in the editor canvas because it does not run embedded code there. Preview or publish and it appears.
Worth knowing
Wix does not execute embedded code inside the editing canvas, so the element sits there grey and blank and it looks like the embed failed. It has not. Hit Preview. This catches nearly everybody once.
The widget fills whatever width the element is given and stays responsive inside it. The height is yours to set by dragging, since Wix decides the element box rather than the content. Set it to the height the widget wants and you will not get a band of empty space underneath.
The editor tells you the height to use when you copy the embed code.
Why not a Wix app
Most logo slider apps in the Wix App Market are free until a threshold, then charge monthly, and several meter how many times your widget is shown.
Views are not counted on any plan, free included. We serve from a CDN where they cost us nothing, so charging for them would be charging for nothing.
The same widget embeds on WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify or plain HTML. If you move off Wix, the widget moves with you and the logos do not need re-uploading.
One widget of each kind, permanently, with a small credit line at the bottom. Not a trial that expires and leaves a gap on your page.
Questions
Use the Embed HTML element: Add, Embed Code, Embed HTML. Choose the code option and paste the iframe tag from the editor here, then drag the element to size.
Wix does not run embedded code inside the editing canvas, so it draws a placeholder. Preview or publish the site and the widget runs normally.
Yes, and every setting has its own value for phones: logo size, spacing, speed, how many show at once. Position the element in the Wix mobile editor as you would any other.
Yes. Studio has the same Embed element under the Add menu, and the widget is responsive inside whatever container you give it.
Yes. The embed points at the widget rather than carrying a copy, so editing the widget updates every page showing it. You do not reopen the Wix editor.
It loads in its own frame, after your page, from a CDN. It cannot block your Wix page from rendering and adds nothing to what Wix serves.
