How to delete your data

This page is the data deletion instructions for DreamWidget, including for accounts connected through TikTok or Meta (Instagram, Facebook).

Delete a connected TikTok or Instagram account

Open the widget in the dashboard, go to Videos (or Posts), choose the platform, and press Disconnect. At once we remove that account's posts and profile from every widget they are in, published widgets included, tell the platform to cancel the permission, and delete the token and everything we held from it. Nothing is kept.

You can also remove DreamWidget from inside the platform: on TikTok under Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Manage app permissions; on Instagram or Facebook under Settings, Apps and websites. When Meta sends us the deletion request that follows, we delete the same data within a day and the request's confirmation code is answered at the address Meta provides.

Delete your DreamWidget account

Sign in, open the account page, and press Delete account. Everything goes at once: every widget, everything published, every uploaded logo, every connected account and its token, your statements and your sign-in. Sites still embedding a widget show nothing where it was. Lemon Squeezy keeps invoices for the period tax law requires.

If you cannot sign in, email hello@dreamwidget.com from the address on the account and say what to delete. We answer within a week and confirm when it is done.
